📋 EVENT FORMAT:

Event Duration: ~2–2.5 hours
Sign-Ups: Open mic slots available before show or online (limit 10–12 poets)

🔄 Show Structure:

1. Welcome & Warm-Up (15 min)
   Host introduces the event, sets the tone, and explains how feedback works.

2. Poet Performances (60–90 min total)
   Each poet gets:

   • Up to 3 minutes to perform their piece

   • 2–3 minutes of feedback from the panel

   • Optional: quick feedback from audience volunteers (1–2 people max per poet)

3. Break (10–15 min)
   Music, networking, snacks

4. Final Thoughts / Open Mic Overflow (20–30 min)
   If time allows, poets who didn't get a slot can share (without feedback), or we close with a featured performance.
